3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Payment Verification

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for use on your v2455 account, is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in the immediate suspension of the account and a full review of all transactions on that account.

4.5 Currency

5.3 Bonus Abuse

All associated bonuses and derived winnings will be voided.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

v2455 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where feasible. Promotional terms already accepted by a player will be honoured subject to these overarching Terms, unless a promotion has been made available in error or as a result of a technical fault.

6 User Obligations

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, v2455 may void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and — in cases of fraud or criminal activity — withhold the remaining real-money balance pending investigation. Where the account is closed for administrative or eligibility reasons unrelated to breach, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. v2455 will notify the player by email before applying any dormancy administration. 8 Limitation of Liability
